Mubarak gets life sentence. Protests erupt in Egypt.
Hosni Mubarak showed up in a hospital bed in court to hear the verdict and sentencing. His last interior minister, Habib Adli, was also sentenced to life in prison for the killings of demonstrators between Jan. 25 and Feb. 11, 2011.
Mubarak's two sons, Alaa, and Gamal, were found "not guilty" of corruption charges but remain in jail over another case referred to the court last week.
Protests erupted all over Egypt and in Tahrir Square short after the verdict demanding for justice.
